The Cinco Ranch Cougars (Katy, TX) basketball felled the host Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX), 42-30 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Seven Lakes (Katy, TX). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Seven Lakes went down by Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX), 36-27, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barbers Hill for a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. Anderson will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 50-43 non-league loss to Klein Collins (Spring, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 13-1.
