December 10, 2010: Troy, MI 48098 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Troy Colts (Troy, MI) and the visiting Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI), saw Troy's basketball squad overcome Utica Ford by a score of 65-57.
With the victory, Troy improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI) to play the Yellowjackets in a Oakland - White challenge on Monday, December 13. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Avondale won 67-52 in their recent league challenge against Stoney Creek (Rochester Hills, MI)
Next up, the Falcons play the Roseville Panthers (Roseville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 17. Utica Ford will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 56-53 non-league loss to Fitzgerald (Warren, MI).
