In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lander Valley Tigers (Lander, WY) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY), by a margin of 45-36.

The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pinedale (Pinedale, WY). The Wranglers go into the 3A West outing with a 1-11 record. In their last outing, Pinedale was beaten by Kemmerer (Kemmerer, WY), 50-37, in a non-league outing.

The Bison now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lovell for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 17.
