Texas High School Football - Aspermont succumbs to Newcastle
November 23, 2012: Newcastle, TX 76372 The Newcastle Bobcats thwarted the visiting Aspermont Hornets football team by a count of 50-38 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Newcastle upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Strawn (Strawn, TX) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league outing on Friday, November 30. The Greyhounds go into the outing with a record of 11-1. Strawn won 53-8 in their recent non-league outing against Jayton (Jayton, TX)
With the loss, Aspermont moves to 11-1 on the season.
