August 27, 2011: Las Cruces, NM 88001 The Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) volleyball overcame the visiting Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Las Cruces upgrades its record to 1-4 on the year. The Bulldawgs travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 6. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 2-1.
The Eagles now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lovington for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 30. Hobbs will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
