Texas High School Volleyball - Howe can't hold off Melissa
August 20, 2011: Melissa, TX 75454 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Melissa Cardinals volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Howe Bulldogs.
The Cardinals (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Farmersville (Farmersville, TX). The Farmers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Farmersville held off Harmony (Big Sandy, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Bonham was nudged by Everman (Everman, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
