Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Union Redskins (Tulsa, OK) and the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK), saw Union's basketball squad overcome Sapulpa by a count of 50-34.

With the victory, Union upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Jenks (Jenks, OK) to play the Trojans in a Frontier challenge on Saturday, January 26. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Jenks won 42-40 in their recent non-league challenge against East Central (Tulsa, OK)
