January 21, 2012: Prairie Village, KS 66208 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kansas City Christian Academy Panthers (Prairie Village, KS) and the visiting Wellsville Eagles (Wellsville, KS), saw Kansas City Christian Academy's basketball squad overcome Wellsville by a count of 42-33.
With the victory, Kansas City Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Jefferson County North (Winchester, KS) to play the Chargers in a Delaware Valley challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Jefferson County North lost 60-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Atchison County (Effingham, KS)
Next up, the Eagles play the Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks (Mound City, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Wellsville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
