Tennessee High School Basketball - Sycamore falls to Briarcrest Christian
December 4, 2009: Eads, TN 38028 The Briarcrest Christian Saints basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Sycamore War Eagles to 50 in the Saints non-league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host White Station for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 8. Briarcrest Christian will meet a Spartans team coming off a 60-28 non-league win over Houston (Germantown, TN). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
The War Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN). The Stars enter the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, St. Agnes Academy ran past St. Mary's Episcopal (Memphis, TN), 54-21, in a non-league contest.
