January 25, 2011: Paris, TX 75462 In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Liberty-Eylau Leopards basketball team scored a good 63-45 triumph over the North Lamar Panthers.
In their next game, the Leopards confront the Mt. Vernon Tigers (Mt. Vernon, TX) in a 3A Region II District 15 match, on Friday, January 28. Liberty-Eylau will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 7-7 record after their 51-34 league win over North Lamar (Paris, TX).
With the defeat, North Lamar moves to 6-8 on the year. The Panthers travel to Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX) to confront the Hawks in a 3A Region II District 15 match on Friday, January 28. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 15-11. Pleasant Grove won 73-38 in their recent league match against Atlanta (Atlanta, TX)
