In Monday's non-league contest, the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Chargers battle the Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 1. Cox Mill will attempt to better on its 17-0 season record. The come into the contest with a 8-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Stuart Cramer (Belmont, NC).
