The Miller Mavericks basketball team (Charlottesville, VA), was nudged 57-55 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA)

The Saints now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collegiate for a VISAA Division 1 battle on Friday, December 12. St. Anne's-Belfield will battle a Cougars team coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.

The Mavericks (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Legacy Christian Academy (Stephens City, VA). The SAINTS come into the non-league battle with a 1-9 record.
