California High School Basketball - St. Joseph holds off Santa Margarita
December 10, 2011: Santa Maria, CA 93455 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA) and the visiting Santa Margarita Eagles (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), saw St. Joseph's basketball squad hold off Santa Margarita by a count of 60-53.
With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to San Marcos (Santa Barbara, CA) to play the Royals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. San Marcos won 45-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Templeton (Templeton, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Stockdale Mustangs (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Santa Margarita will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 57-34 non-league win over Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA).
