Texas High School Football - Katy topples Cinco Ranch
November 3, 2012: Katy, TX 77494 The Katy Tigers (Katy, TX) football defeated the visiting Cinco Ranch Cougars (Katy, TX), 35-21 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 bout, on Friday, November 9. Katy will attempt to advance on its 9-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 8-2 record after their 34-14 league win over Seven Lakes (Katy, TX).
The Cougars (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Strake Jesuit (Houston, TX). The Crusaders go into the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Strake Jesuit topped Mayde Creek (Houston, TX), 30-20, in a league contest.
