The Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV) football defeated the visiting Summers County Bobcats (Hinton, WV), 40-20 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 24. Meadow Bridge will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 28-26 league loss to River View (Bradshaw, WV).

The Bobcats (0-8) will now prepare for their bout against Mt. View (Welch, WV). The Golden Knights enter the Coalfield AA bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, Mt. View lost by James Monroe (Lindside, WV), 35-6, in a league bout.
