Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Mountain prevails Clearfield

February 10, 2012: Mill Hall, PA 17751

Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Clearfield Bison (Clearfield, PA), 49-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central Mountain upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Wildcats host Altoona (Altoona, PA) to encounter the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-15. Altoona lost 62-31 in their recent league bout against Williamsport (Williamsport, PA)

Next up, the Bison encounter the St. Marys Flying Dutch (St. Marys, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Clearfield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Flying Dutch go into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 52-35 league loss to Elk County Catholic (St. Marys, PA).
