The North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA), 60-27 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cougars (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Shade (Cairnbrook, PA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 7-4 record.

The Indians now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Meyersdale for a non-league test on Friday, January 16. Conemaugh Township will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 45-34 league loss to Shade (Cairnbrook, PA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 4-5.
