In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Anoka Tornadoes basketball team scored a good 86-71 triumph over the Coon Rapids Cardinals.

In their next game, the Tornadoes confront the Roseville Raiders (Roseville, MN) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 28. Anoka will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 8-1 record after their 70-64 non-league win over Johnson (St. Paul, MN).

With the defeat, Coon Rapids moves to 6-4 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Blaine (Blaine, MN) to confront the Bengals in a Northwest Suburban match on Tuesday, January 3.
