Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), 9-5 in a non-league test.

With the victory, Sussex Central improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Golden Knights travel to Dover (Dover, DE) to clash with the Senators in a Henlopen - Northern match on Friday, April 16. The Senators go into the match with a record of 4-2. Dover won 6-2 in their recent non-league match against Lake Forest (Felton, DE)
