In Saturday's non-league outing, the Miller Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Stevens Prep Academy Golden Griffins (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 106-71.

The Mavericks (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against South Central (Winterville, NC). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, South Central smashed Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC), 72-40, in a league outing.
