The Field Falcons topped the visiting Coventry Comets volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Falcons now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roosevelt for a Portage Trail test on Thursday, September 22. Field will confront a Rough Riders team coming off a 3-1 league win over Norton (Norton, OH). The Rough Riders record now stands at 10-0.

The Comets (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Crestwood (Mantua, OH). The Red Devils enter the Portage Trail test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Crestwood was knocked off by Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH), 3-1, in a league test.
