With the win, Bakersfield Christian upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles host Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, March 3. Game Summary
Ricky Sottile scorched a game-winning single to left with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th, which gave BCHS a come-from-behind win in the Terrio Tournament. M. Huckaby and K. Stewart also chipped in two hits each.
Casey Bloomquist pitched 5 innings of 1 run ball, but it was Hunter Witcher picking up the win in relief, for the Eagles.
Cody Taylor pitched 5 1/3 innings of 1 run ball for West High.
