August 21, 2010: Millington, TN 38053 Memphis University Owls (Memphis, TN) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN), 28-7 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Memphis University improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Owls host Kingsbury (Memphis, TN) to battle the Falcons in a non-league game on Friday, August 27. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 0-1. Kingsbury lost 48-38 in their recent non-league game against Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN)
The Trojans now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bartlett for a 5A District 14 game on Friday, September 3.
