The Erie Tigers basketball squad (Erie, CO), was topped 60-45 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Fort Lupton Blue Devils (Fort Lupton, CO)

The Blue Devils (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Rangeview (Aurora, CO). The Raiders go into the 5A/4A East Metro outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Rangeview gained a win over Hinkley (Aurora, CO), 79-61, in a league outing.

The Tigers now hold a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a 4A Tri-Valley outing on Tuesday, January 10. Erie will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 77-75 league win over Northridge (Greeley, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 3-5.
