September 5, 2009: Frankfort, KY 40601 The Casey County Rebels volleyball team (Liberty, KY), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY)
The Flyers (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY). The Rockets enter the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record.
Next, the Rebels encounter the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 10. Casey County will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Maroons enter the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 2-1 league win over Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY).
