Georgia High School Basketball - Northeast can't hold off Westside
December 20, 2010: Macon, GA 31206 The Westside Seminoles basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Northeast Raiders to 39 in the Seminoles non-league victory on Monday.
The Seminoles now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Valdosta for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 21. Westside will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 58-54 non-league win over Monroe (Albany, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-3.
The Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe (Albany, GA). The Tornadoes come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Monroe was nudged by Valdosta (Valdosta, GA), 58-54, in a non-league contest.
