Mississippi High School Basketball - South Pontotoc falls to Ingomar

The Ingomar Falcons basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting South Pontotoc Cougars to 40 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Albany for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 1. Ingomar will meet a team coming off a 62-57 non-league win over Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN). The record now stands at 5-2.

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Houlka (Houlka, MS). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Houlka was defeated by South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
