California High School Basketball - Arlington edges Santa Barbara
December 27, 2010: Santa Barbara, CA 93103 The Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) basketball nipped the host Santa Barbara Dons (Santa Barbara, CA), 43-38 in Monday's non-league contest.
The Lions now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Agoura for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 28. Arlington will meet a Chargers team coming off a 49-43 non-league win over Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 6-5.
The Dons (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Chargers enter the Channel contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Dos Pueblos was nudged by Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
