September 27, 2013: Streator, IL 61364 The DeKalb Barbs football squad scored 42 points and restricted the host Streator Bulldogs to 14 in the Barbs non-league victory on Friday.
The Barbs now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kaneland for a Northern Illinois Big 12 - East battle on Friday, October 4. DeKalb will play a Knights squad coming off a 49-20 league win over Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Knights record now stands at 5-0.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Sterling Golden Warriors (Sterling, IL) in a Northern Illinois Big 12 - West contest, on Friday, October 4.
