In Friday's non-league match, the host Windham Whippets football squad scored a big 47-8 victory over the Fitch Falcons.

In their next game, the Whippets clash with the Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - Small match, on Friday, October 17. Windham will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 27-24 non-league win over Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT).
