Connecticut High School Basketball - Hall trounces Plainville
January 28, 2014: West Hartford, CT 06517 The Hall Warriors (West Hartford, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT), 69-45 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (8-6) will now prepare for their test against New Britain (New Britain, CT). The Golden Hurricanes go into the Central Connecticut - West test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, New Britain walloped Bulkeley (Hartford, CT), 50-46, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Maloney for a Central Connecticut - South test on Friday, January 31. Plainville will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 56-29 league loss to Newington (Newington, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 3-9.
