In Saturday's non-league outing, the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) basketball squad felled the host Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), by a margin of 64-51.

The Vaqueros (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders go into the IA Northern outing with a 4-4 record.
