Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Bloomington, MN), 75-60 in a league bout.

With the victory, Eagan upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Eastview (Apple Valley, MN) to play the Lightning in a South Suburban bout on Friday, February 3. The Lightning come into the bout with a record of 17-0. Eastview won 63-46 in their recent league bout against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Burnsville Blaze (Burnsville, MN) in a South Suburban battle, on Friday, February 3. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Blaze come into the battle with a 1-18 record after their 70-56 league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN).
