The Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Pleasant Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Placer (Auburn, CA) to face the Hillmen in a non-league outing on Friday, March 12. The Hillmen go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Placer lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Oakmont (Roseville, CA)
