In Friday's league outing, the Bushland Falcons (Bushland, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX), by a margin of 57-29.

The Falcons (15-8) will now prepare for their outing against Highland Park (Amarillo, TX). The Hornets go into the 2A Region I District 1 outing with a 19-9 record. In their last outing, Highland Park was trounced by Panhandle (Panhandle, TX), 57-55, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 11-18 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland Park for a 2A Region I District 1 outing on Tuesday, February 17.
