In Saturday's league outing, the Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN) basketball squad knocked off the host South Vermillion Wildcats (Clinton, IN), by a margin of 67-50.

The Eagles (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN). The Mustangs go into the Western Indiana outing with a 4-10 record. In their last outing, Edgewood topped Monrovia (Monrovia, IN), 55-41, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they host North Vermillion for a non-league bout on Friday, February 3.
