September 26, 2009: Tahoe City, CA 96161 The Monte Vista Christian Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host North Tahoe Lakers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mustangs now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheatland for a non-league game on Saturday, September 26. Monte Vista Christian will meet a Pirates team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 7-5.
The Lakers (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Whittell (Zephyr Cove, NV). The Warriors enter the Northern 2A game with a 1-5 record.
