October 11, 2008: River Ridge, LA 70123 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Curtis Patriots (River Ridge, LA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Walker Chargers (New Orleans, LA), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Patriots face the Belle Chasse Cardinals (Belle Chasse, LA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 13. Curtis will attempt to better on its 12-6 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 13-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Dutchtown (Geismar, LA).
With the loss, Walker moves to 10-8 on the year. The Chargers travel to McDonogh #35 (New Orleans, LA) to face the Roneagles in a II District 7 contest on Tuesday, October 14. The Roneagles go into the contest with a record of 3-6. McDonogh #35 won 3-0 in their recent league contest against McDonogh (New Orleans, LA)
