October 26, 2013: Washington, DC 20016 The Sidwell Friends Quakers football squad scored 14 points and restricted the visiting St. James Saints to 7 in the Quakers league victory on Saturday.
The Quakers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flint Hill for a Mid-Atlantic [MAC] battle on Saturday, November 2. Sidwell Friends will play a Huskies squad coming off a 40-14 league win over Maret (Washington, DC). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.
Coming up next, the Saints play the Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, November 2. St. James will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Frogs enter the battle with a 5-4 record after their 40-14 league loss to Flint Hill (Oakton, VA).
