March 4, 2009: Gilbert, AZ The Williams Field Black Hawks softball team (Gilbert, AZ), was routed 18-4 in Wednesday's league test with the visiting Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ)
Coming up next, the Lions encounter the Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 6. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Cobras enter the test with a 0-2 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to Chandler (Chandler, AZ).
The Black Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Glendale (Glendale, AZ). The Cardinals enter the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Glendale was routed by Perry (Gilbert, AZ), 13-0, in a non-league test.
