The Algonac Muskrats basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Yale Bulldogs to 32 in the Muskrats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Muskrats now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond for a Blue Water Area contest on Friday, January 16. Algonac will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 41-40 league loss to Capac (Capac, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-1.

The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Almont (Almont, MI). The Raiders enter the Blue Water Area contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Almont ran past Lutheran North (Macomb, MI), 58-47, in a non-league contest.
