The Lafayette Commodores basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host Potts Camp Cardinals to 43 in the Commodores non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Commodores now sport a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Panola for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Lafayette will meet a Cougars team coming off a 70-49 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 5-9.
