Georgia High School Football - Grayson toppled by Peachtree Ridge
September 8, 2006: Suwanee, GA 30024 The Peachtree Ridge Lions ran past the visiting Grayson Rams football squad by a final score of 9-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Lions now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collins Hill for a 7-AAAAA outing on Friday, September 15. Peachtree Ridge will encounter a Screaming Eagles team coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Tift County (Tifton, GA). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
The Rams (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Norcross (Norcross, GA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Norcross prevailed over Northview (Duluth, GA), 42-6, in a non-league match.
