Colorado High School Basketball - Calhan overwhelms Colorado Springs
February 15, 2013: Calhan, CO 80808 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Calhan Bulldogs (Calhan, CO) and the visiting Colorado Springs Kodiaks (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Calhan's basketball squad wallop Colorado Springs by a tally of 53-23.
With the victory, Calhan improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Limon (Limon, CO) to confront the Badgers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 16. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 16-0. Limon won 70-38 in their recent league challenge against Byers (Byers, CO)
Next up, the Kodiaks confront the Hanover Hornets (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 19. Colorado Springs will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 36-29 league loss to Edison (Yoder, CO).
