The Corinth Warriors basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Booneville Blue Devils to 63 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alcorn Central for a 3A Region 1 contest on Friday, January 21. Corinth will meet a Bears team coming off a 81-72 league win over Belmont (Belmont, MS). The Bears record now stands at 11-4.

The Blue Devils (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Kossuth (Kossuth, MS). The Aggies enter the 3A Region 1 contest with a 3-17 record. In their last contest, Kossuth was nudged by Ripley (Ripley, MS), 74-51, in a league contest.
