Connecticut High School Basketball - Tolland overwhelms Rockville
January 11, 2011: Vernon, CT 06066 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Tolland Eagles (Tolland, CT) and the host Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT), saw Tolland's basketball squad trounce Rockville by a count of 67-26.
With the victory, Tolland upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT) to play the Warhawks in a Central Connecticut - East challenge on Friday, January 14. The Warhawks come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Bloomfield won 61-43 in their recent league challenge against Fermi (Enfield, CT)
Next up, the Rams play the RHAM Sachems (Hebron, CT) in a Central Connecticut - East challenge, on Friday, January 14. Rockville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Sachems come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 48-27 league loss to Edwin O. Smith (Storrs, CT).
