May 4, 2012: Bakersfield, CA 93312 In Friday's league contest, the Wasco Tigers (Wasco, CA) softball squad got by the host Bakersfield Christian Eagles (Bakersfield, CA), by a count of 4-3.
The Tigers now sport a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Shafter for a South Sequoia match on Tuesday, May 8. Wasco will face a Generals squad coming off a 27-3 league loss to Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Generals record now stands at 6-20.
With the loss, Bakersfield Christian moves to 7-15 on the season. The Eagles travel to Taft (Taft, CA) to face the Wildcats in a South Sequoia match on Tuesday, May 8. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 25-2. Taft won 19-0 in their recent league match against Arvin (Arvin, CA)
