Maryland High School Volleyball - Patuxent over North Point
September 23, 2011: Lusby, MD 20657 Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) in a Southern Maryland match, on Monday, September 26. Patuxent will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Braves come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Stone (Waldorf, MD).
With the loss, North Point drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Westlake (Waldorf, MD) to clash with the Wolverines in a Southern Maryland match on Monday, September 26. The Wolverines come into the match with a record of 0-1.
