Kentucky High School Basketball - South Floyd overwhelmed by Hazard
January 17, 2012: Hazard, KY 41701 The Hazard Bulldogs basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting South Floyd Raiders to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lee County for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Hazard will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 44-29 non-league win over Jackson City (Jackson, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-10.
The Raiders (2-12) will now prepare for their match against Clark (Inez, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league match with a 15-4 record. In their last match, Clark was ripped by Perry County Central (Hazard, KY), 61-49, in a non-league match.
