O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad beat the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), 44-33 in a non-league test.

The Eagles (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jaguar go into the I Section III test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Boulder Creek defeated North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ), 66-44, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a I Section I test on Tuesday, December 20. Willow Canyon will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 63-28 league win over Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-3.
